A leading Australian ecommerce platform has named Findify a preferred technology partner.
Neto - the only Australian retail and wholesale management platform that provides a complete solution for ecommerce, POS, inventory and fulfilment - made the announcement recently, endorsing Findify to their entire client base.
“As a leading site search and personalization software company, we have clients all over the world. We expanded further into Australia during the last year and, as such, have worked with several great merchants using Neto’s versatile platform,” explained Findify CCO, Joakim Amadeus Olsson.
“In onboarding these Australian clients, we worked closely with Neto to ensure smooth integrations. Through these interactions, both Findify and Neto quickly realised how well the services complimented each other. That’s why we decided to come together on a more unified basis, for the benefit of Australian retailers.”

One of the first online stores to use both Neto and Findify was Bicycles Online.
Rodrigo Irencio, web designer and marketer at the company, praised the Findify specialists who helped him through the integration process.
“The Findify support team is incredible and always willing to help. They did a great job getting [the integration] sorted and are still providing great support,” he said.
Bicycles Online integrated Findify to solve a number of problems they were experiencing, and also take their ecommerce tools “to the next level”.
“We were lacking in two main areas - the on-site search and the category pages. Findify has indeed helped us not only to improve, but also gave us a lot more control over these areas,” said Mr Irencio.
“The search became a lot faster and we were able to control many aspects of it in the Findify dashboard. As for the category pages, they became a lot smarter by using AI to arrange the products and improve conversion.”
In the weeks following Neto’s public endorsement of Findify, integrations with new Australian clients have skyrocketed.
