This autumn, the retail industry is gearing up for an online shopping season they think will be one for the record books, largely driven by the effects of Covid-19.
Black Friday, in particular, is tipped to get a significant online boost from the coronavirus pandemic as shoppers embrace the ‘new norm’ of not flocking to retail stores unnecessarily.
