Due to the rapid and unprecedented spread of COVID-19, Findify last week implemented a number of organizational changes.
The health and safety of our employees and clients is, of course, our top priority. We also want to do our part in delaying the spread of coronavirus, thereby protecting the most vulnerable in our society who are being hit the hardest by this pandemic. As such, Findify moved to a fully remote set-up, starting on Wednesday, March 11th.
Findify has always been a flexible workplace, with employees who have extensive experience in working remotely. This means Findify employees will be able to work remotely for the duration of this crisis, with absolutely no disruption to our service.
Furthermore, in order to safeguard our clients and partners, we have migrated all of our in-person appointments to the virtual realm. As our clients and partners hail from all over the globe, meaning we already speak to them mostly via email and video chat providers, the majority have been unaffected by this change. Those affected by this shift will be contacted directly.
Business continuity is a high priority for us, and we remain well equipped to support our clients, and their interests, from a fully online capacity.
We have implemented these changes not only to protect our employees, clients, and partners, but also to fulfil our social responsibility - helping to stop the spread of coronavirus.
Findify management is monitoring the situation closely, and is set to follow all the guidelines provided by the World Health Organization.
