As the COVID-19 outbreak continues to spread across the globe, affecting markets within which we have a number of clients, I wanted to personally reach out with a message of support.
Here at Findify, we value each and every member of our client family, and want nothing more than their unmitigated success. As such, it pains me to see how affected certain markets have become, and to see how uncertain a situation some of our clients now find themselves in.
Like many clients, Findify has had to adapt to this unprecedented situation. A few weeks ago all employees started working from home, and all meetings moved to the online space in order to safeguard our employees, clients, and partners, and also play a part in helping to slow the spread of the virus.
As Findify was already experienced in remote working and video conferencing, thanks to both our workforce and our clients being based all across the world, we were in a position to make this a smooth transition.
We are acutely aware, however, that not every company is set up in such a fashion, and that some are really struggling with not only new ways of working, but also with declines in revenue.
If we can help our clients in any way during this crisis, we absolutely will. Considering our solutions have been proven to increase conversion across all product touchpoints, our services may be more relevant than ever in order to help merchants through this difficult time.
As we see our clients putting more focus on their online environment in the wake of COVID-19, adapting and optimizing different areas, the product grid, filters or autocomplete functions may no longer be fully aligned with the transformed brand experience.
